Adults (21 - 60+)

I feel adult dance classes are essentially something not to be taken too seriously.

Dance is a great way to get fitter without totally having to kill yourself off.

Almost like sub consciously getting fit but without actually realising due to the fact that you laugh, have fun and enjoy yourself amongst friends.

What better way is there to exercise.

This class incorporates starting off with a gentle warm up to stretch and get the body moving in a calm relaxing yoga style.
Then moves on to get a little tougher with cardio work and body conditioning to work the figure.

The last 30 mins of class is similar to that of the other students and will incorporate all different styles of dance changing from more funky stuff like Street Dance to Salsa.

There is 1 class at present for adults
Wednesday Evening’s 7.15 - 8.15pm @ £5 per class.
